Remember that the author reserves the right to not answer your questions, but will usually respond to your email. If you do not mind your questions or comments appearing on this website on the FAQ page, include a statement giving permission to post your questions with the author’s answers. E-mail the author with your order, be sure “book order” is in the subject line. You will be sent a reply with the amount of your order, where to send your payment, and when to expect delivery. Orders will be shipped when payment arrives. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Limit is 5 books, for larger orders email the author to see if there are sufficient books in stock.
